ST7D The TouchGrass
Target ST7D Warrior Chests. The TouchGrass is an ultra-rare Warrior Chest reward. Its active crafting recipe is disabled, so this is a chest hunt rather than a normal Workbench craft.
The Mods showcase tells the story of the pack. This page answers the practical questions players ask once they are inside the world: Where does this drop? Which chest do I need? What workstation makes it? What is it for?
This guide uses the current gameplay XML as the source of truth and resolves internal IDs into the names shown in game. It deliberately avoids burying you in exact zombie damage values and other balance minutiae. If a system is backed by a DLL or server administration tooling, it is outside this compendium.
The useful answer is the source, not the internal item ID.

Golden Feathers can turn up in bird nests, buried treasure, Warrior Chests and custom zombie loot. Harvesting chickens or zombie vultures can also produce one.
Your strongest targets are high-tier Infested rewards and Hardened Chests. Ancient gear can also appear more rarely in weapon-focused world loot such as gun safes, weapon bags, military loot and reinforced chests.
Look in Tier 4 and Tier 5 Hardened Chests and the custom zombie-loot system. Keep these if you use Ancient equipment — they are not ordinary spare repair kits.
The Grasscutter can appear in custom zombie loot bags and in ST7D supply drops. Those are the two XML-backed acquisition routes shared across the six PvE worlds.

A major custom workstation with a broad recipe catalogue covering ST7D recipes plus progression-related crafting. If a custom recipe feels too specialised for a vanilla bench, Forge OS is one of the first places to check.
Forge OS FAQ →These are crafted at Forge OS. They are specialist equipment mods rather than normal vanilla mod-crate finds, using high-end ST7D materials and reward currencies.
Where they are made →The defensive/immunity mod family is also crafted at Forge OS. Their recipes sit in the late-game ST7D material economy rather than ordinary early progression.
