PREP YOUR CHARACTERTransfer instructions
- Move all items you want transferred into your main player inventory. Do not use your toolbelt or storage unless the transfer you purchased specifically includes those slots.
- If you are transferring modded gear, place it in your inventory and do not leave it equipped. Equipped mods may not transfer correctly.
- After everything is arranged, wait 3–5 minutes before logging out. Use a couple of teleport commands during that time to help register a fresh character save.
- If you purchased a Bundle, the included levels are added after the transfer while you are in-game.
- Staff will notify you when the transfer is ready and provide a teleport and passcode for your secure container inside a locked POI.
